The City of Bixby will pay for the employees Medical, Dental and $20,000.00 Life Insurance: Total cost to City - $366.39/per employee

Employees are responsible for a portion of Family Medical and Dental Coverage
Total Cost to Employee - $119.10/mo
Total cost to The City of Bixby - $967.69.

Retirement is through OPERS (Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System), the employee contributes 3.5% bi-weekly and the City contributes 11.5% with an increase every year of 1% until max amount of 16.5%.

EDUCATION: The City offers various training classes and seminars at no cost to the employee.

College reimbursement up to 50% of tuition cost.

Monthly degree on job classification:
Associate Degree - $25/month
Bachelor Degree - $50/month
Masters Degree – $70/month

The City offers 12 paid Holidays.

VACATION:
Upon completion of 1 year of full-time employment employee will receive 10 days of vacation (2wks).
8-12 years of full-time employment employee will receive 15 working days vacation (3wks).
13-14 years of full-time employment employee will receive 20 working days vacation (4wks).
Over 15 years of full-time employment employee will receive 25 working days vacation (5wks).

SICK LEAVE:
