The information provided below is provided to assist new businesses or individuals by identifying City staff and/or questions they will need to consider when developing a project for submission to the City. For additional information, please contact the City offices.

  •  Braced Wall Line Drawings plus calculations
  •  Complete Site Plan showing easements detailing accurate footage from structure to property lines including patios

A resolution determining excess capacity for sanitary sewer system, and providing for extension and expansion of sewer capacity, and determining a surcharge cost assessment to extend and expand sewer discharge capacity.

An ordinance establishing an excess capacity fee before the Bixby Creek sanitary sewer interceptor system and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 814
An ordinance for reestablishing the special theme district provisions; creating corridor appearance districts along certain major street frontages; creating a central business district; defining the purposes and boundaries of said corridor appearance and central business district; defining exemptions; establishing corridor appearance district guidelines; establishing central business district guidelines; requiring detailed site plan approvals and declaring an emergency.
