 Bixby Residents:

Free landfill days for Bixby residents will be Friday and Saturday, April 25th and 26th at the Quarry Landfill on 46th Street North in Tulsa, approximately 1-1/2 miles east of US 169.

Bixby utility customers can dispose of unwanted items with some exceptions noted below on those days.

The address is 13740 East 46th Street North, Tulsa.

Friday, April 25th, 6:00 am until 5:30 pm.

Saturday, April 26th, 7:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Participants must show a City of Bixby utility bill or driver’s license with an address within the Bixby City Limits in order to be admitted to the landfill.

No items containing Freon refrigerant will be accepted (air conditioners and refrigerators). There will be a two dollar ($2) fee for each discarded tire to cover State fees for disposal and recycling of tires.

Loads in trucks and trailers should be secured and covered to prevent contents from blowing out onto roadways and creating traffic hazards.

(NOTE: There are two landfills on East 46th Street North. Look for the Quarry-Waste Management Inc. sign.)

For more information contact the Quarry Landfill at (918) 439-7835 or the City of Bixby, (918) 366-4430.

The City of Bixby is looking for nuisance abatement contractors for the 2014 spring, summer and fall seasons.  Applicants must have $1,000,000 General Business Liability Insurance with the City of Bixby listed as an additional insured. More Info
